Washington State Psychological Association

The Washington State Psychological Association (WSPA), founded in 1947, represents the profession of psychology in the state of Washington. WSPA’s mission is to support psychologists and psychologists-in-training, to promote the practice of psychology, and to ensure continued education and advancement of knowledge within the field of psychology.

The association is recognized at the national level for both its success in legislative activism and professional support. WSPA constantly works to expand the parameters of psychology, thus increasing the quality of service to communities where psychologists live and work. As the representative voice for psychology in Washington State, WSPA addresses the full breadth of psychological professions by including over 400 members from private practice, governmental service, and academia.

The Trust is proud to recognize the WSPA as a valued participant in our State Endorsement Program. Providing support to state associations and their members is important to us at The Trust.

Through this partnership, WSPA benefits from funding provided by The Trust for continuing education, while members get access to a library of on-demand webinars, state-sponsored workshops, and a variety of insurance programs.
