Wisconsin Psychological Association

The mission of the Wisconsin Psychological Association (WPA) is to advance psychology as a profession which promotes human welfare through the ethical application of psychological principles in research, teaching and practice. WPA provides a professional identity for psychologists by advocating on behalf of the profession and the interests of its members.

WPA encourages a scientific attitude toward psychological practice by providing forums for the professional exchange of information and opinion about the diversity of psychological issues and of the profession itself. WPA also addresses community concerns by responding as a profession to psychological and social needs of Wisconsin citizens and by educating the public about psychology and psychological issues.

The Trust is proud to recognize the WPA as a valued participant in our State Endorsement Program. Providing support to state associations and their members is important to us at The Trust.

Through this partnership, WPA benefits from funding provided by The Trust for continuing education, while members get access to a library of on-demand webinars, state-sponsored workshops, and a variety of insurance programs.
