Together, participants will work to see the risk management implications of specific situations and choices, scrutinize options for resolution, and foster a tolerance for ambiguity and the understanding that there may be no single ideal solution to each challenge. We will also discuss strategies for effective risk management and good patient care when regulations and requirements are unclear.

- Participants will describe specific dilemmas that are arising in professional practice as the result of the national emergency and analyze the relevant legal, ethical, clinical, and risk management components.
- Participants will identify three key risk management considerations related to effectively responding to recent social issues and will analyze factors to consider in conducting forensic evaluations via telehealth and deciding whether to return to in-person forensic evaluations.
